Malisa Rader has been at ISU as Parent Coordinator for the Child Development Laboratory School since 2002. Malisa's primary responsibility is to coordinate formal communication across the Child Development Laboratory School programs, facilitate parental access to information and resources, and manage billing services and enrollment of children.

Malisa received the ISU Professional and Scientific Outstanding New Professional Award in 2005 and received her National Administrator Credential in 2007. She is a certified early childhood teacher in the state of Iowa, and a volunteer instructor for the American Red Cross. Malisa currently serves on the College of Human Sciences Safety Committee and as an executive board member for the Center for Child Care Resources. She has also served as a validator for the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs, as an executive member of the ISU P&S Council, as a member of the HDFS Social Committee, and as a member of the CHS Staff Support Committee. Malisa is a weather radio coordinator for the Palmer Building.
