The best way to see yourself at Iowa State is to visit campus!

Human Development and Family Studies offers four visit days for students interested in studying child, adult and family studies; early childhood education; family and consumer sciences; or financial counseling and planning:

Day in the Life: Find out what it’s really like to be an Iowa State student by signing up for the “Day in the Life” visit day. You’ll attend classes, meet faculty in your area of interest, tour the facilities, and get your first ISU Dining experience.

Human Development and Family Studies Day: Learn more about the exciting career opportunities in child, adult and family studies, early childhood education and financial counseling and planning. Tour the child development lab school, financial counseling clinic and hear from Iowa State students majoring in these programs.
